They raised the price of the vehicle up by $1000 compared to the price that was shown on the paper to the vehicle. They also snuck in the ridiculous “warranty” for over $2000 WITHOUT even discussing any of to the price that was shown on the paper to the vehicle. We didn’t notice either of those things until the next day when we sat down to look at the loan papers. We were given no information on the extra warranty they charged me for. The salesman was great, but the loan guy was really kind of a xxxxxx. He’s the one that snuck in all the extra expenses on my vehicle, which was an absolute EASY sale for them! They didn’t have to do hardly any thing because I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. So the fact they still took advantage of me and over charged me I beyond ridiculous. More
