The gentleman who helped me worked hard to take care of my issue. I think his name was Jamie. I have a new Sonata Hybrid that I purchased at Shottenkirk Canton. It had two shallow linear dents from a shopping cart. The new ding fixer refused to fix it saying it was too big and that I’d have to go to Canton to get it fixed. I live in AL and that means over 3 hours round trip. When we purchased the car, we were told any Shottenkirk would fix dings. So much for that. So I’m calling Canton and will send them pics to see if they will fix them. Otherwise I’ll do it myself. Like I said, they are shallow. All said, I did like the service rep who went above and beyond to help. He’s a good employee. Treat him well. More

The people were good, but the pricing is horrible compared to the previous Heritage Nissan. Charging the customer 3% for using a debit or credit card is a deal killer and I will get my car serviced e compared to the previous Heritage Nissan.
