I have always serviced my car at this dealership & service center, and they have consistently done an excellent job, always been upfront. No issues this time with my vehicle condition evaluation, reco service center, and they have consistently done an excellent job, always been upfront. No issues this time with my vehicle condition evaluation, recommended actions and the actual servicing - all good. But couple of things left a bad taste in the mouth: 1. I had taken discount coupons with me. The service associate initially told me no need to use coupons, because the servicing prices are already automatically discounted. When the final bill was presented to me by another service associate, I had a doubt, so I showed him the coupons again - we realized the discounts had not been applied, he went ahead and applied the coupon discount in the end. 2. I had taken my Contigo insulated coffee flask with me to the service center. I was waiting inside at the seating area, and had put the flask on a table. I stepped outside for 15 mins to take a call, came back in and saw the Contigo flask gone from the table. I asked multiple people in the service center, they also helped me look but we couldn’t find it. I was told there are no security cameras that we could look at. Very disappointing. More
