The service dept tried to upsell me on unnecessary items. Also I needed the break switch replaced which I was told it would be $618. After I called to ask why this switch would go out so early on my vehicle Also I needed the break switch replaced which I was told it would be $618. After I called to ask why this switch would go out so early on my vehicle and that I felt it was a faulty item. As well as it being something that was a recall several years back. Then I was told they could replace it for $100. I felt I was being taken advantage of. Why all of a sudden they were able to drop the price. Had I not called I would have been charged the $618. Also I needed an oil change. I realized the sticker with the date & mileage had not been changed. Which I thought ok no big deal, they just forgot. Well now only 3 days later my warnings are going off that I need an oil change. Now I am not sure if the oil was changed or not but I was charged for it. I will be contacting Nissan North America about this as well. More

Dion Weeks, my service advisor, did an outstanding job. Requested work was done quickly and properly. Service kept me informed of all actions on the car and estimated completion time.
