The car was not at all in a presentable condition! It looked like a cash car and this Nissan dealership sold it to me. They'll charge you a recon fee and Shottenkirk Care fee ranging in few thousands It looked like a cash car and this Nissan dealership sold it to me. They'll charge you a recon fee and Shottenkirk Care fee ranging in few thousands but sad to say even the inspection was don't rigorously, forget the detailing! :( I got fries underneath my seat, sticky seats, blown-out headlights, dusty AC panels, used rags in the trunk, etc. I wasn't even allowed to change my registration county to my desire, whereas TX DMV allows you to do that. After two days of using my car, I felt like I was robbed of my hard-earned money. Everything sounded great when I walked in but it went downhill after that. The sales guy or Finance Manager won't tell you what all is included in their Shottenkirk Care. I asked for a brochure for details and they didn't have that! My car is back at their place and they are trying to make it good on my Sequoia. I STILL HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP TO GET IT ALL INSPECTED AND figure out the mess! So frustrating! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! More

First time going to this dealership to service my son’s car and they were so easy to deal with. Will in service was great to deal with and was very communicative throughout the process waiting on insurance car and they were so easy to deal with.
