Shawn Connally is the reason we came back to this location!!!!!! He is awesome!!!!! We initially came in a few weeks prior and another employee helped us (who no longer works there). We needed our location!!!!!! He is awesome!!!!! We initially came in a few weeks prior and another employee helped us (who no longer works there). We needed our oil changed and We were told our car also needed a part to get changed due to a recall. We were told by that other employee that he would let us know if they had the part in stock and if they did, it would take a couple of hours to change on top of our oil change. We were okay with waiting if the part was available. We sat there for 6 hours, trusting that the reason the employee had not come to look for us was because the part was available!!!! This is where Shawn steps in. He was so attentive to what was going on in the waiting area that he realized we had been there for HOURS. Although we initially were not his customers, He approached us and asked what was going on and we told him exactly what we wrote above. He went to check on our car and he informed us the part was not available, the mechanic left and our oil change was never done. If it wasn’t for Shawn’s exceptional customer service and attention to detail, we would’ve never came back to this location again. In the years we’ve been attending, he’s the ONLY employee that we have worked with there that has incredible customer service and is honest. He had to fix what his coworker did to us. He’s exactly what this location needed! Thank you Shawn!!!! More

This place is awful. This was my first time buying a nice car in my life. It was supposed to be a special and fun moment. We got there early on a Saturday morning, I want This was my first time buying a nice car in my life. It was supposed to be a special and fun moment. We got there early on a Saturday morning, I wanted to test drive a 23 rogue and a brand new rogue SL. From the get go, our awful sales guy Bryan was trying to discourage me from buying the new one. On the test drive I was only able to take the used one for a 3 minute u turn around the feeder back to the dealership, and the new one I was told I could just test drive in the parking lot because its basically the same. After about 2 hours of "negotiations" Bryan was so sure that there was NO way he could get it cheaper because you HAVE to buy their dealership warrenty thing they have, we finally agreed on a number. My husband noticed the trim on the front end was peeling away and he brought it up the salesguy. I immediately had second thoughts and wanted to leave but Bryan assured us that he would fix it THAT day. After we got further in the process we were told that it actually wouldn't be fixed that day and he had to order the part, but assured us he would be ON IT. We signed the papers, and after looking for someone to give us our car, we finally found Bryan talking to some new customers completely forgetting us. He told us the car was being washed. I informed him that we have been here for SIX hours and my toddler needed to leave so we could eat. He assured me that the second it was finished he would let us know. Well of course that didn't happen, Bryan was test driving with new customers and now that we signed the papers we were no longer important. My husband stops Bryan and tells him we need to go and the car has been parked up front for a while. Bryan hurriedly hands us our keys and says he has to screw on the new plates. After dropping the plates 3 times, because apparently he couldn't screw in the screw because he was in too much of a hurry to get back to his new victims. He hurridly hands us the keys and we are sent away. No copies of the papers, no receipts other than the ones we signed with the nice finance guy. Since leaving the dealership, Bryan told me he would text me and tell me an eta on when that part comes in. He continues to not respond to me. We have called up there and they just take our name down and nothing comes of it. I'm starting to realize that they aren't fixing anything and that I'm just stuck with what I have. Thanks for making the one time I buy something nice for myself awful and stressful. More
Entered service drive up and was quickly greeted. Walked in and was not greeted. Service rep did not look up until he was done with current customer and done with his paperwork. A simple, “Hi I will be right with you” would have been suffice. After I was checked in there was no review of repairs needed. I even had to ask the 2 main questions EVERY customer wants to know: how long should I expect to wait and do you have my correct number to contact me? To my surprise, I received a emailed and texted link to get an inspection report & number to text for updates. 2 hours in I got an inspection report which a was a 2 second video of a paper report. Then another link with the actual inspection report that was BLANK with greyed out fields. I decided to use text number provided for text updates. No response. Sent another text about 15 mins later. No response. A few mins later I received an automated text from another number that said “ Good afternoon, just a friendly reminder that your vehicle is ready for pick up.” Where was the initial reminder? Waled up to front and service rep said “sign here”. Again no greeting of recap of service. Then rep said “here is your keys” and looked away. Another question EVERY customer wants to know, “where is my car???”. Overall, the job was done but the service is extremely lacking. I will not be returning to this dealership’s “service” department and would not recommend this location to any of my family and friends. Perhaps rename “service” department to “repair area”. But the job was completed and why am I even complaining, right? More
