Normally I get the best customer service but today I was invisible to the service department. No one helped just walked by without looking or speaking several times. This is not good for someone who been co invisible to the service department. No one helped just walked by without looking or speaking several times. This is not good for someone who been coming here for over 3 years!! Dolores and another guy on the inside for sales were the only ones that spoke and offered assistance. Very disappointed! More

LaTonya, our finance person was great. She was the only person I felt really cared about getting us a fair deal and making sure we were happy with, and wasn't just focused on making a sale She was the only person I felt really cared about getting us a fair deal and making sure we were happy with, and wasn't just focused on making a sale. Sergio, the sales manager was really disappointing. He offered us nothing to work with in terms of a fair deal. Our salesman was average. I felt like he didn't know some of the answers to my questions so would jsut tell me random things sometimes. Also, it was super disappointing that I purchased a car with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. The dealership's gas pump was out of gas, but there was an HEB gas station across the street. That would have been service going above and beyond. I was told I could "swing by" whenever the gas tank gets refilled, but I live an hour away from the dealership so this really isn't feasible for me. (I would gladly accept a gas gift card though!) Overall, I am super happy with the car, but that is no credit to the dealership. If it was available at another dealership, I would have rather purchased there. More
