While negotiating the price and down payment before I came to the dealership I told them my payment requirements and down payment. I was told by my salesman that I needed to come in ans see my options. I came to the dealership I told them my payment requirements and down payment. I was told by my salesman that I needed to come in ans see my options. I came in and they had payments over $150 more than I told them I was willing to pay. WE LEFT the dealership. I was going to buy a Frontier that day. There was a 2019 Desert Runner at Carmax and a 2019 SL in Baytown I was going to look at. After 5 minutes on the way to Carmax, I was called by the sales manager. IU told him that I was insulted and was on my way to look at the Desert Runner. I left because of their offer with financing and payments. we hung up. 2 minutes later he called me back, his offer was still too high. I told him I would do $20 more than my original offer. He called me again with $5 over my max offer. I told him my max offer and no more. I also told him that I was going to look at the Desert Runner. He told me he could get me to my max number if I came back. So, I turned arround and went back. Their offer was the payment I was OK with, but they added 3 more months to the trems... thst equaled about $1200 extra. I told tham no, and that my wife and daughter were still in the car, and it was running. I also told him that I was going to look at the Desert Runner and as I was standing up to leave again he asked me to hold on... he came back a few minutes later with the sales manager and an offer writen down with my payment... I agreed to it, but I put a decimal point zero-zero anfer the number and signed it. Then we walked to the finance office. The finance officer was reading off my contract and they snuck in an extra ninety nine cents onto my payment. I told him that i did not agree or sign on that figure. he had to change the contract. They then tried to sell me more warranty. That was a fiasco in itself. The car is a cretified pre-owned with 15k miles left of the original warranty. Then they mandated I buy the Nissan Pro package ($2500) it is another warranty and I couldnt see any benifit from. I also did not receive any copies of the paperwork I signed. That takes me to today, I came in to pick up the 2nd key and have them fix the back window.I told my salesman on Thursday that I would be coming in on Saturday to get the window fixed, pick up my key and copies of my paperwork. I was given excuse after excuse regarding my requests. All in all this was the worst experience I have had buying a car, including buying from a tote the note lot.... I will give one suggestion to prospective buyers... get it in writing and leave if the deal keeps changing. I did get a good truck, and the price was fair... the WAY I got it was horrible. More

As I looked back on the day I drove the car off the lot, there was a drip of water coming from the ceiling and I immediately contacted the sales person and sales Manager and I was assured it was because they just had the car cleaned. I also smelled a stench in the car and racked it up to the leather. The car made me feel sick. The Only thing they would do is utilize the warranty to repair the window seal. I asked how they were going to get rid of the stench, the service advisor stated they were going to remove the ceiling board and access it and go from there. Neither person disclosed to me of this matter and I truly believe they were aware of it. Mold and such causes me to experience serious health issues. More
I love the way when your first pull up then come out there and greet you with a smile that makes a person feel good when you can bring your car to a dealership and they show where courtesy I appreciate there and greet you with a smile that makes a person feel good when you can bring your car to a dealership and they show where courtesy I appreciate that More
