I, unfortunately, was very dissatisfied and disappointed in my last two visits to Katy Nissan to have my vehicle serviced. I spent over a thousand dollars out of pocket, all for my engine light to come on l in my last two visits to Katy Nissan to have my vehicle serviced. I spent over a thousand dollars out of pocket, all for my engine light to come on less than a month later. I then took my vehicle back and was asked for my extended warranty information (which I gave that moment) but was not informed that the dealership does not work with the warranty company until the diagnosis was completed and costed me another $197. Absolutely no work was completed on my vehicle and I was forced to go back to pick it up and find somewhere else to get the work completed. I should have been informed the very moment I handed my warranty information over that Katy Nissan doesn’t work with that particular company. Instead, I feel like I was taken advantage of and ended up spending way more money than I needed to. More

Psychologically manipulative sales tactics. I was sold a used car that I was not allowed to take on any toad which allowed me to get it to road speed which didn’t allow me the opportunity to notice $2300 wo used car that I was not allowed to take on any toad which allowed me to get it to road speed which didn’t allow me the opportunity to notice $2300 worth of needed repairs to the front drive axle and hub assemblies. As I tried to Bring my concerns to the salesman and finance manager they just gas lit me and I was even told by the finance manager that he couldn’t talk to me about a question about my tags stating “ I cant talk to you, I have customers”. Which as of purchasing an $11,000 vehicle I was under the impression I was a valid customer as well. I have unfortunately for me had nothing but poor customer service or manipulative tactics from this dealership. More

I took my vehicle for oil change and was told there is a recall. I requested just oil change due to longer time needed for recall issue. After waiting for 2 hours I was told even recall was addressed by ser recall. I requested just oil change due to longer time needed for recall issue. After waiting for 2 hours I was told even recall was addressed by service technician and billing department but they asked me to sign three documents. When I requested a copy of the documents I signed I was told contact service representative and when I showed my bill which had "customer declined recall" he said recall issue was not addressed. I have been here before and had better experience but this time the billing departments refusal to give the documents I signed coupled with yes/No on recall address made me doubt what service was done. I hope there is transparency / better communication from billing . I liked the video of inspection and the process for service. More

Beware From start to finish this my experience has been a pain. I came in knowing the car I wanted, what my trade in was worth, my credit score and already h From start to finish this my experience has been a pain. I came in knowing the car I wanted, what my trade in was worth, my credit score and already had my own financing through my bank no haggling to be done, yet I was there for 6 hours . I specifically l said I do not want to be here for hours. I gave an 1 1/2 hour notice for when I would arrive yet the car was not ready I had to wait for it to be washed. It then took the rest of the time to get to finance. i got my own payoff and daily rate there was not much left to do. Once in financing I had a temp guy who was struggling with the entire process. He came up with one excuse after another why I should use their financing instead of my credit union which I assume would have been more work for him. Finally I just went with the back they wanted to use and just refinanced with my bank. I truly felt he was very dishonest and misleading to get out of it. When I was speaking with my husband he felt that there were two warranties I didn't need and wanted to cancel. I had to make several calls over a two week period of time finally reached Daniel he seemed very bothered about helping me, but got me the information I needed. I was told it would take 8 -10 weeks on 3/17/20. Fast forward almost 4 months taking in to account the two weeks it took me to get a call back. I have emailed and left two messages one on the voicemail and one with Chris who assured me he would let Daniel know that was 6/30/20. Now I sit here one week later with no response once again. Point to this is buyer beware they just want a sale not a customer that would come back time and time again. Find a dealership that appreciates your business there is enough competition out there that you don,t have to settle for poor customer service. More
