False advertised first vehicle I purchased, got my trade back. Bought another (should have walk away). They are now holding the payoff on my trade in which is costing me interest. I purchased the 2nd vehicl back. Bought another (should have walk away). They are now holding the payoff on my trade in which is costing me interest. I purchased the 2nd vehicle on Nov 13th They have not paid my trade off yet. They offered to install a hitch in my purchase but I went another route so I asked for the $1,500 I paid for the install on Nov 13. I just got my check in Dec 2. Ridiculous! Will not use their service if this is how slow sales move. More
