I was skeptical in dealing with a salesperson using deceitful means to sale me a car. The salesperson as well as the staff made this one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. When purchasing a vehicle here make sure you know that the price advertised is a lie. You can expect to pay nissan an additional $3000-$5000 in extra dealership added fees. I was told these fees are nonnegotiable and could not be removed even though I stated I did not want them. This ballooned the price of the $31,500 listed used vehicle I was swindled into purchasing, to over $42,000 with a $2000 down payment. I made sure to bring this up to the genereal manager Rick Francis about my grievances. I told him I mentioned several times to the salesperson Shaq while test driving the vehicle about my concerns. Her and sales manager Steven were being deceitful about the information until after the contract was signed. While talking to Rick he became very confrontational towards me for his employees errors. I asked for my down payment back and to give them their overpriced car back but beating customers and making their sales quota is all they care about here. I will never purchase another vehicle from this place or tell anyone about this dealership. More
