Jaime was amazing. Very effiecient and walked me through the process of what was going to be done and how soon. I registered on line for my oil change and even though I received a confirmation the dealership did not have me down for an appointment. Will went ahead and made sure my service was taken care of at the ap received a confirmation the dealership did not have me down for an appointment. Will went ahead and made sure my service was taken care of at the appointment time. He recommended that I contact him directly for future service so that he can make sure I am in his system and taken care of in a more timely manner. By the way I don't believe I was there but maybe 90 minutes for the oil change and tire rotation. I traveled over an hour to have my service done here and had just come off a 48hour shift as a Paramedic. Thank you Will for your great customer service I really appreciate it. Kim von Minden More
