I went in to get a sensor checked and have an oil change and tire rotation. In the process of getting the sensor checked, the dashboard on my car now has 4 warning lights that were not there. The only way and tire rotation. In the process of getting the sensor checked, the dashboard on my car now has 4 warning lights that were not there. The only way to get them removed is to have them fixed which costs money. The warning lights are caused from the sensor check. When I went in, none of the warning lights were on. This is the second time I have left the service department after routine maintenance and something has been wrong with my car. Everytime I call to find out how they are going to fix it, the manager or someone is not available. The service caused the problem to my vehicle and they are in no hurry to make sure to remedy the fix. I will never by a Nissan again. Shawn was helpful, I'm just highly disappointed that I feel like I keep getting the run around on how they will fix their mistake. More
It’s always really refreshing when you receive 5 star service on your vehicle, especially when going on a weekend. It’s very easy to go to work on a Sunday and have a crappy attitude, but so far every ti service on your vehicle, especially when going on a weekend. It’s very easy to go to work on a Sunday and have a crappy attitude, but so far every time I show up on a Saturday to Shottenkirk, it’s like I’m driving to a Chic Fil A. Always feel welcomed and right at home. Mario Compean is the man!! I highly recommend going to him if you have the ability to, guy knows how to take care of the customer! More

Well started off well with good communication and having everything worked before I got there. Then the communication stopped when I got home and the fuel tank was leaking. I sent a video and text to my sal everything worked before I got there. Then the communication stopped when I got home and the fuel tank was leaking. I sent a video and text to my sales guy and no response. I called to the dealership to speak to the sales manager and never received a call back. Being in the business for so long and knowing how communication is your number tool I would have thought a call or text would have happen but never did. I’ve already had the issue taking care of so no need to communicate anymore. More
