Nothing but stress and disappointment through the whole process. New car we ordered came in with wrong color. Told we could either take this one or wait another month for another one. Would not work with us at all or offer anything to make up for the mistake. Also had issues with finance department filling out paperwork incorrect. Put a pretty big damper on our first new car buying experience. More

Since the purchase of my 2018 F150 in May I have had my truck in my possession 3 weeks. The rest of the time it has been at Shottenkirk awaiting repairs. First it was 2 fuel system sensors. The sales manag truck in my possession 3 weeks. The rest of the time it has been at Shottenkirk awaiting repairs. First it was 2 fuel system sensors. The sales manager, my sales person, and myself worked out a deal to have those repaired after purchase. While in the bay for repairs the tech spilled fuel in my exhausted system. That lead to me waiting nearly a month for a new exhaust system to be delivered so their service team could fix what they ruined. Now that they have my truck again to repair the exhaust system they don't have the parts. Mind you I was told it would be a 24 turn around on the repairs. To add to my infuriating experience their service team had no intentions of calling me about the delay. I message my sales person at 330pm asking when I could expect my truck. She was pissed that it wasn't back to me. She made the service team call me with an update. PS they left me with a van to drive while they procrastinate on my repairs. The whole thing has been a xxxx show from jump. When I received the truck back after the sensors were replaced the truck had a nice new scratch on the driver side riser and real with Dow. Let's hope I don't have a matching One on the passenger side when I get it back...... Whenever that will be. More
