failed to do mulity point inspection because I had to add 1 1/2 qt of atf dextron to my xmission... also last year when I had a oil change they did rir rot.. and found i had a hub cap missingf about 1 week l 1 1/2 qt of atf dextron to my xmission... also last year when I had a oil change they did rir rot.. and found i had a hub cap missingf about 1 week later...also why do customers have to pay for billing paper s when we bring YOU our businness??? Jesse in service was very attentive with me. I was in a walker her helped me by bringing stuff for me to sign at my seat where I was waiting for maintenance to be done. He showed me the cabin fi I was in a walker her helped me by bringing stuff for me to sign at my seat where I was waiting for maintenance to be done. He showed me the cabin filter & ask me if I wanted to replace it. Yes I did. Also told me about a brake light that was out. Did I want it replaced. Yes I did. Upon completion he helped me with getting to the car & in my car & was kind to put my walker in the car for me. He & Brook have always been the best in my book. Sincerely Leslie Cheryl Herzog. More
