Fussy math during negotiation. Somewhat insulting. Returned the car for service as the door passenger side door panel molding was in not reinstalled. It was completely detached Somewhat insulting. Upon returning your service personal put the molding back, but did not affix the door panel properly, rendering a gap between the window and the door panel. I feel like I purchased a used car, when I fact I purchased a new Hyundai. Buy the way, the 2021 Elantra I traded in was in perfect condition. No flaws anywhere, mechanically perfect. I will not return, even for free 4 services, (oil change). More

Tech couldn't find out why my blower fan was not working after 2 1/2 hours. Wanted $600. at a future date to trouble shoot and maybe still saying that he couldn't find the problem. I'm old school and t after 2 1/2 hours. Wanted $600. at a future date to trouble shoot and maybe still saying that he couldn't find the problem. I'm old school and there's only 2 reason why it's not working. I changed the blower motor and the blower relay for a total cost of $73.00. $600. to trouble shoot, REALLY. He should have Googled the problem.. The total time I spent to diagnosis the problem and replace the parts was about 1 1/2 hours. I will still use you dealership in the future because you have helped me in the past. More
