What started out as a difficult experience turned out to be a great example of service excellence. Tim (service manager) contacted me and assigned my concern to Amy who was absolutely outstanding! Amy "managed" my service experience, communicating with me every step of the way and ensured all issues were resolved prior to inviting me to pick up my vehicle. I understand "stuff" happens, and my measure of service excellence not that it happens, but what gets done about it, and Amy definitely delivered an excellent customer experience to me. You can bet I will ask for her from now on. Thank you Amy for making it right. More
