We called from out of town to purchase a vehicle here. We had an appointment at 3 pm and told it would be with someone named Alex. Though he was there as o now see his pic, passed by us on many occasions. (Just thrown a bone it seems since his name was on our cash purchase tonight.) However, thankfully there was a rep there named Christine that acknowledged us and helped us through the entire process. Keep us comfortable as we were ready to pay and go when we got there. She was awesome, very helpful and professional, calm demeanor. We hope she gets the credit and commission she deserves. We love our new 2024 Santa Fe and so far happy with our deal and this Dealership. More

I got a new hyundai santa cruz and I told them what I wanted to sell my trade in for. I love how the sales manager said yes and came back with the same numbers. I told him I didn't need this and I had th wanted to sell my trade in for. I love how the sales manager said yes and came back with the same numbers. I told him I didn't need this and I had the credit and money to go to another place. So he fix the numbers. I had a question about the paper work on who I make the payment. I left 10 voice mails and like 5 more to the front person. Still no return...I had to find another way. I been to a lot of dealers and this is the worst. I would never buy a car here or tell anyone to go here. They really don't care about you at all and they lie. Also don't get me started on the car I wanted and told me it was new with no problems at all and when I got there it had 4500 miles. I'm sorry I wish I knew bc I would have never went there but I fell in love with the car/truck I wanted. If I could go back I would have never went here. Don't trust this place More
Had to get a lot of engine work done on a 36K mile vehicle. I use "Top Tier" gasoline with the Hyundai recommended octane rating. Was told I was to blame for not using high octane gasoline. Hyundai US said the gas I use is fine but could not help since I already paid the bill. Had to speak to the General MGR to get a loaner during repair time, Service MGR would not return my calls. Then was told there's a fee to pay the bill using a credit card and they didn't even wash the car. I get better service for my other non-Hyundai vehicle, never going back there More

I will never buy another vehicle from Shottenkirk based entirely on the service department. More
