I purchased a 70k dollar truck from this dealership which is over 500 miles from where I live. I have a laundry list of complaints but will just stick to a few. First arriving from the airport I had to pay an Uber over 100 dollars to take me to the dealership with no reimbursement from the dealership, nor anybody to pick me up from the dealership at the airport. When I arrived it was raining and dark so I did a 3 block test drive not knowing the area. After taking delivery and signing all the paperwork I started my trek back home all 500 miles. I notice there was a wheel vibration at 70 mph and a very small dent in the hood of the truck. When I called about the very small dent and the vibration. I received stand by and let look into, after a few days I called back to talk to Henry again and was told that it was my fault for not noticing the dent on the truck and they will not fix the dent. When I ask about the tire, well lets just say I am still waiting on a answer 3 weeks later still no return phone call. Then when I bring it to a GMC dealership I found out that the On Star navigation is broken and internet is out, zero mention of this when I took delivery. LAST AND MAJOR WARNING!!!! Check the Mileage on the vehicle, their website had the truck with a little over 25k miles on the website. When I went to take delivery of the truck it had over 27k miles on it!!! The only positive note to save this dealership from a 1 star, they were able to work with my financing to get the deal approved. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. Future buyers beware of this dealership. More
