We towed in a 2005 Santa Fe running on financial fumes, and Shottenkirk didn’t flinch. Their service team quickly ran a thorough diagnostic and sent a clean, user-friendly link outlining each issue, with clear descriptions and itemized repair costs. Transparent, and easy to understand. A special nod to Service Rep, Imee & Service Director, Joe—an absolute pleasure to work with. On the sales side, we were hunting for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Shottenkirk had a fair selection, but they move quickly due to their competitive pricing, so don’t wait. Ammar—our Product Specialist—was the standout.
