The service staff were very kind and helpful. They allowed me to bring my very old dog inside with me. It was unfortunate that they couldn’t access my Genesis service agreement or wash my car o They allowed me to bring my very old dog inside with me. Imagine they were busy but took a little over two hours to complete the basic service. The service person did apologize for the wait but not sure if that is the routine time. Next time will try to get fir to complete the basic service. The service person did apologize for the wait but not sure if that is the routine time.
