You take your 40K plus car to the dealer for superior service. A basic oil change- don't over fill, filter properly threaded and tightened, and finally the drain plug properly threaded and tightened. I service. A basic oil change- don't over fill, filter properly threaded and tightened, and finally the drain plug properly threaded and tightened. It's about careful attention to simple details. If not, you get home and your new car is spilling oil onto your driveway. With my car, it was the drain plug. Thank god it was only an oil change. Thank god I didn't drive a hundred miles. You wipe the drain plug, run the car and check for leaks-clearly that was not done. More

We indicated an issue with the A/C in the car and after checking it out thoroughly, they determined the compressor was the culprit. The part came in early and so did we. Ammar was great very knowledgeable and a lot of help ( I'll will call on him again, right now it's all a bit overwhelming with all the features on new vehicles) and Tim stepped right up when Ammar was wit I'll will call on him again, right now it's all a bit overwhelming with all the features on new vehicles) and Tim stepped right up when Ammar was with another customer, I thought I would never say this but these car sales people were great even showed us how to save money! Kudos guys!! The four star dealership rating is that I have to bring the a new vehicle back in for scratch removal and ding repair! This is no refection on Ammar or Tim whatsoever they are just following company policy I'm sure. This review is spouse approved! More
