Tim and Josh were very helpful and understanding of our wants and helped us find the right vehicle for us. Our salesman Mike made us feel rushed and didn’t listen while preparing paperwork for financing an wants and helped us find the right vehicle for us. This in turn caused the finance team member to feel rushed and he seemed impatient as a result making comments about the time it was taking / time of day. So though management seemed very nice and responsive, the staff were sometimes abrupt which made us rate the location lower. More

Will not help back of the vehicles they sell when there are issues. Service can't figure out why I am getting lower gas mileage than a gas engine when have a HYBRID! I'm not going away! I love bringing my car to this dealership. They always treat my car very well. I usually sit and wait for my services to be done and they do their best to not keep me waiting forever. You take your 40K plus car to the dealer for superior service. A basic oil change- don't over fill, filter properly threaded and tightened, and finally the drain plug properly threaded and tightened. I service. A basic oil change- don't over fill, filter properly threaded and tightened, and finally the drain plug properly threaded and tightened. It's about careful attention to simple details. If not, you get home and your new car is spilling oil onto your driveway. With my car, it was the drain plug. Thank god it was only an oil change. Thank god I didn't drive a hundred miles. You wipe the drain plug, run the car and check for leaks-clearly that was not done. More
