I’m still waiting to hear back about the trim molding they ordered for my car, despite leaving 2 messages. I was told the piece would be in 2 weeks ago. Tim and Josh were very helpful and understanding of our wants and helped us find the right vehicle for us. Our salesman Mike made us feel rushed and didn’t listen while preparing paperwork for financing an wants and helped us find the right vehicle for us. Our salesman Mike made us feel rushed and didn’t listen while preparing paperwork for financing and titling which caused it to all be delayed. This in turn caused the finance team member to feel rushed and he seemed impatient as a result making comments about the time it was taking / time of day. So though management seemed very nice and responsive, the staff were sometimes abrupt which made us rate the location lower. More

Will not help back of the vehicles they sell when there are issues. Service can't figure out why I am getting lower gas mileage than a gas engine when have a HYBRID! I'm not going away! I love bringing my car to this dealership. They always treat my car very well. I usually sit and wait for my services to be done and they do their best to not keep me waiting forever.
