I’ve worked with many different staff members, some much better than others. Overall communication is not good. I asked many questions and was frequently met with “I don’t know” and then people would not take the initiative to find the answer to my questions. During the negotiating process, we were not informed how the price got lowered to what we agreed upon, so I went into the buying process assuming I still had the vip warranty we were initially told we’d have. After asking for probably the 8th time I found out after signing papers that they had removed that warranty. They have since corrected this, however my trust could not be regained after that. I am waiting on my vehicle to be serviced before I can safely drive it off the lot, however there does not seem to be much communication between the salespeople and the service department. Getting answers from employees is still proving difficult and I am growing more frustrated having to wait on a car I’ve already paid them for. More

Service was quick and staff was professional. One thing only, my tire pressure was not reset or didn’t reset. And I don’t think they checked my other tires because they were at 33 psi.
