A problem with the Hyundai palisade sunroof (one that Hyundai is aware of and is not yet a recall) was quoted $2900!!!! To fix. I found the parts for $66 online. I did not call because I have already ordered the parts to fix it myself. They marked the review I left and said that they have worked with me to resolve the problem. NO THEY HAVENT. I refuse to work with a sketchy dealership service department on something that will take no longer than 30 minutes to fix and $66 in parts. They also said the parts would be shipped in 4 weeks. I ordered OEM parts and it took 7 days. Very shady. More
