After some technical confusion about the text I received stating I needed a filter changed, the Manager called me a few minutes after the appointm After some technical confusion about the text I received stating I needed a filter changed, the Manager called me a few minutes after the appointment to make sure I was okay with changing the filter myself and offering to do the filter service on a future date if this was easier for me. Even offered to arrange transportation for me to and from work. The confusion was not his or depts fault as it was a technical issue with the text. I appreciate the great level of customer service. Finance manager lied about the finance deal. This was discovered when I returned to discuss the extended warranty, and the manager was not available. But the managers deputy told the truth and now I know. Salesman didn't answer several questions, had to be reminded. Check engine light came on during the drive home from the dealership. I had to return to next day (45 miles one way) and have them diagnose/fix the issue. The service dept. could not help, they claim that they could not communicate with the vehicle. Funny, sad, and true.... I was able to read the codes, diagnose the issue, repair and clear codes myself at home. More
