Finance manager lied about the finance deal. This was discovered when I returned to discuss the extended warranty, and the manager was not available. But the managers deputy told the truth and now I know. Salesman didn't answer several questions, had to be reminded. Check engine light came on during the drive home from the dealership. I had to return to next day (45 miles one way) and have them diagnose/fix the issue. The service dept. could not help, they claim that they could not communicate with the vehicle. Funny, sad, and true.... I was able to read the codes, diagnose the issue, repair and clear codes myself at home. More
I would have rated you 5 stars except for one thing. The service department ordered parts for my car and told me it would take about 2 days for the parts to come in. Two weeks went by and I heard nothin The service department ordered parts for my car and told me it would take about 2 days for the parts to come in. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing so I stopped by the service department and inquired about the parts. Someone went back to the parts department and found out that the parts had come in. Not sure why no one called me about the parts but frankly, I’m not sure how long I might have waited if I had not stopped by on my own to check on the parts. I’m a little bit frustrated about that. You have a good service department with friendly and helpful employees but there is room for improvement in this situation. More
I rarely have had a good experience in the service department. I needed a DRL installed and they tried telling me it was the wiring. I replaced bulb myself and it worked just fine department.
