We took our 2018 KIA in for service and started talking to Glen Johnston while it was being serviced. Never met such a nice salesman and he was very impressive. We met the sales manager, Anthony and the tw to Glen Johnston while it was being serviced. Never met such a nice salesman and he was very impressive. We met the sales manager, Anthony and the two of them suggested we look at the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. We had no intentions of buying a vehicle but it was an extremely nice car and after negotiating with Anthony and Glen we ended up trading our KIA and headed home with a new vehicle. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. From beginning to end it was a very delightful experience. More
Service department was good and fast, but sales. .. I bought 1 car in 2023, took 7 hours to complete. Was told systems were slow, fast forward to 2024, was looking at trading my car in for a newer mo .. I bought 1 car in 2023, took 7 hours to complete. Was told systems were slow, fast forward to 2024, was looking at trading my car in for a newer model. I was told they would bring me the car around 2:30-3 from Canton to look at to see if I liked it. 3:30 rolls around, by this point I had been there since 10:30, and was told that I would ride with the salesman to canton to get the vehicle. I thought that was strange but I figured they needed someone to drive the other car back. Nope. We dropped off the other vehicle and we picked up the vehicle that I was looking at purchasing for me to drive back. Again odd, but then we had to drive 20 minutes to go to a CIRCLE K gas station to get gas because that’s the only place they would pay for gas. So after being in a car for 3 hours to get a car I decided it wasn’t worth the headache. I didn’t need to be involved in getting the vehicle, I had to cancel plans to go and get the vehicle after I told them I had to be gone by a certain time and was promised I would be. After being at the dealership from10:30-6:30 I was fed up. I will NEVER by a car from these crooks and will tell everyone I know to do the same. More
