Great experience until the end after the purchase. Our salesman had actually left the dealership to deal with something, and we were just told to wait on him. We had been there over three hours at this point, so we had to find someone else to take our trade in key and get the key to our new car after waiting another 30 mins for the salesman to return. We understand multitasking while our car is being prepped, but having to wait an extra half hour (or more if we hadn’t been diligent) AFTER the car is ready because the man is just MIA is wild. More

I purchased a used vehicle as is and i know there were 2 engine trouble codes for the o2 sensors, however after a scan and after driving the vehivle, several more major problems were discovered. I have to s engine trouble codes for the o2 sensors, however after a scan and after driving the vehivle, several more major problems were discovered. I have to shift into nuetral so it will start about 50% of the time due to bad neutral safety switch, and MAP sensor neened to be replaced, and with the o2 sensor problem the gas milage is about 10 miles per gal. the ABS hade to be cleared by some diagnostics and testing. I didnt expect this much non-disclosed trouble from a major dealer. I paid too much and will need to pay about 1.5K to get the vehicle totally fixed. More
