My air conditioner did not work and I Thank you Kurt Cowser for the great customer service that you provided when I needed repairs on my Honda CR-V. My air conditioner did not work and I was also due for the 100,000 miles service. Kurt explained what services were needed and the time frame to perform the services. Because I was going to have to wait for the car and the services would take all day, Curt offered me a loaner car which allowed me to go to my afternoon appointments. He communicated the progress and also discovered that my air conditioner service was under warranty and was at no charge! I have bought several cars from Jerry Damson not only for the reliability of the Honda cars but also for the trustworthy, honest, and customer-driven service that they provide. Thanks Kurt! More

They have the entire history of my car, and complete my maintenance book so I always know when and what has been done. Service is fast, the staff takes time to talk to me about options and prices, and they make sure that their customers have a comfortable wait, complete with TV, a quiet room, snacks and drinks, and clean rest rooms. There is shuttle service, so you can go anywhere in Huntsville while work is being complete. Also, the man who did the work this time around called the next day to see if there were any concerns or questions on my part. He left a phone numbers to get in touch. More
