The dealership stated in an email that they could match the OTD from another dealership. Since I live in Davis, it obviously made sense to go with this dealership. I spent 2.5 hours at this dealership negotiating numbers only for the finance person to come in and raise the price and stating they "can't go lower". THEN WHAT WAS THE POINT OF NEGOTIATING FOR 2 HOURS?? I live in Davis and I would rather take my business elsewhere. I suggest you save yourself the stress and do the same. More
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- Worst experience ever. If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen that instead. I took the day off of work and drove three hours to the dealership with a written quote in hand. I was an option, I would have chosen that instead. I took the day off of work and drove three hours to the dealership with a written quote in hand. I also had records of text messages reflecting the agreed upon price. When I got there, they told me that they were unable to do the deal unless I was willing to pay another 9K in service and maintenance contracts. I also had it in writing that the agreed upon price did not include any of those add-one. The salesperson, Siggi, and the finance manager, Ron, refused to honor the price that I had in writing. They were both incredibly rude and neither apologized for straight out lying about the price OR wasting my time. This dealership is dishonest and disrespectful. I will never do business here again...and you shouldn’t either. More

Bought Car New & It Turned Off On The Freeway 10 miles in Upon using True Car I ran across Shottenkirk and visited on a whim. The salesperson there had texted,called,and emailed multiple times looking for a lead.She was nice enough and despite being with other customers and not being able to break right away, she serviced me and let me test drive a Civic Hatchback very late in her shift. That stood out to me and despite wanting a good deal and having better pricing options, I came back to her because she seemed like the only person to readily acknowledge me in the Honda-sphere of dealerships.I put down 15000 a day later on the Hatchback and it was the only one wit Sensing in EX trim, I took it in black.The detailer had other obligations and seemed to need to leave early, so I accepted the dirty, snickered up car in my haste to have a working vehicle with the idea I would come by the next time it gets dirty for a retroactive complimentary detailing.Fine.They drive the car to my house with a liaison to drive the salesperson home as I guide them in the vehicle I drove to the lot in. I get my insurance updated for the new vehicle and not a day later drive the car to work--or attempt to.Not more than 10 miles in, the car shuts down on the freeway going 5 South in the fast lane.I don't realize what's going on and almost get hit by oncoming traffic. Right now I have a car with less than 15 miles put on it by my that has already shut down twice on the freeway. I got the car Friday, drove it Sunday and it's been in the dealership with no reaching out or interactions lest I call in.The whole interaction has been sour thus far and the way lemon laws work often times you're forced to go to court to get your money back in California. I am really sad that I have to spend more time looking at BBB, government entities, and attorneys than being able to drive or have a working vehicle. No one reached out, no calls, no offers of a return or exchange towards a known working vehicle.Just lots of missed work and calls to the dealer that weren't acknowledged until today. We are already operating within the scope of a limited warranty, outside parties,corporate representatives and repairs without me having a chance to drive the car more than 20 miles off the lot or even have the check for the down payment clear. This has been the most stressful week all for naught and I'm just so unhappy with the entire interaction. Despite that, the salesperson Elena they have is A1 and really tries.I truly wish I had went elsewhere. More
