Everything everyone said about this guy name Sigi Sigdel is true. We got lied too and spend 6hrs round trip going there and our car was not in stock. Spoke on the phone with Anjali aka" Anna". Told her exactly what I was looking for in a car. She told me that they had the car I wanted and I could drive over to sell my car and buy this parti Told her exactly what I was looking for in a car. I told her that I was coming from 2 hours away so I wanted to make sure they had the exact make and model I wanted and that it would definitely be there when I got there since most dealerships have a shortage. She assured me that the car was there for purchase and they would agree to buy my car at the same price that I was offered at another dealership. I drove over 3 hours in traffic. I got to the dealership and they did not have the car there. She said, "it is in transit". I told her that was not what I was told on the phone. She left and another agent sat down. Sigi was his name. He began to try to make me a deal which was not any kind of "deal" that I would even accept. It was a "let me rip you off deal". . He kept trying to make me a deal which was no deal at all. He was becoming rude, inpatient, insulting and quite hostile. I asked him to give me back my keys which he took for whatever reason and give me back my quote and that there would be no deal. He followed me to my car insulting my decision to not do business with him. At this time all I wanted to do what get out of there. He continued to yell at me that I was making a mistake and no one would give me a better deal and on and on. I drove out of there as fast as I could. I barely got out of the parking lot and he started calling me. I ignored his first two speed dial calls, and picked up on the 3rd call to let him know that I would never do business with that dealership because he was shady and tried to rip me off and when he couldn't, he proceeded to insult me. He tried to say something and I asked him to not call me again. Then 5 minutes later, I get two more calls from his number. I finally had to block him. Who acts like that??? I will never do anything with that car company again!! I will stick to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa from now on. I only went to Davis because they said they had a car today and Manly Honda didn't have one for another month, I will gladly wait for a month for a car after dealing with this shady business. They need to let that creep go! More
Terrible business practices. Agreed to a deal in writing over email. Get to the dealership and they say a different manager is in and won’t honor the deal. After having 3 different people come out trying to change the terms of the agreement I finally walked out. They call me 15 mins later lowering their price but still not honoring the original, in writing, agreement. I decline. They called and texted after I asked them to stop contacting me as I would not do business given their lack of integrity and classic high pressure sales tactics. The harassment was so bad I eventually just blocked their number to avoid their repeated calls. They are just awful. They do anything to get you into the dealership and then pull the classic car dealer slippery salesmen moves. I would never recommend anyone do business with these people. More
Dishonest, shady sales people and extremely poor service - I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. After some negotiation, Anjie Deol wrote us over email (see the screenshot) to make a deal on their used Honda Pilot for $32k + tax. My husband drove all the way to Davis from the Bay Area yesterday (~2 hrs of driving) only to find out that the car is now $34.5k + tax because of the "chip shortage"! What kind of BS is that? Sigi Sigdel, Colt Carson are another sales people we interacted with and got the same poor vibe with changing stories, trying to play a cool negotiator (Sigi didn't even introduce himself at first nor ever said good-bye), not to mention no one wears masks inside or offers a hand sanitizer (Angie said customers steal it (?!) ). The did not make any effort to sell this car, no wonder this Honda Pilot has been sitting on their lot for almost 4 months now! Or is it perhaps because the general manager really likes to drive it every day for a personal use? More

I had a feeling they were ripping me off, which dealers do. But refusing to offer me over 9.5 and then selling it for double is a disgrace. More

He threw a fit like a little kid because we wanted a lower price on the car and we told him we were going to another dealership for a better deal and threw the "I know the sales manager there and you won't find a better deal" non-sense so he can get the sale. AVOID THIS BUM AT ALL COST!!! he needs to work on his attitude and his manners because it seemed like mommy and daddy didn't give him enough attention as a kid so he has to lash out his anger at customers because they won't accept the first offer of the car. SAVE YOURSELF and work with a salesperson that actually cares about the customer by taking their time and not rushing the sale and being rude. More

In prior weeks, I had only been talking to Sigi about a 2019 Touring model they had which is now almost a two year old vehicle. I found a comp for the same model year in SoCal and via email he said he would beat it. Then when I drive 30 miles out of my way the next day to buy the car, he tries to sell me a base model for the same price the SoCal dealer was selling the Touring. Sigi is either incredibly stupid or a disingenuous liar. He was very rude and insinuated I was the one making the error, and never apologized for wasting my time. I agree, This dealership is dishonest and disrespectful. I will never do business here again...and you shouldn’t either. More
