Called one morning and left message for Jennifer to call back. Never received call back. Called back 2 days later and made an appt for 7:30am. Jennifer had not yet arrived at work. Waited 15 min to check in back. Never received call back. Called back 2 days later and made an appt for 7:30am. Jennifer had not yet arrived at work. Waited 15 min to check in. Finally Tom helped me. Later in day Jennifer left message to call her back re repair work, I called her back and was on hold for 15 min. I will never use Jennifer again for service representative. More

Poor service, unfriendly attitude, irresponsible and do not take my problems seriously, the vehicle problems can not be solved, the mechanic can not find out where the problem is, not experienced, low leve not take my problems seriously, the vehicle problems can not be solved, the mechanic can not find out where the problem is, not experienced, low level. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS DEALER TO BUY A CAR. They are complete criminals. Sold my mom a used Lincoln and basically never went over the deal. They purposely mixed the contract pages up during signing and then told her she needed to sign a electronic pad for the Gap contract and the warranty. They applied the same signature to 5 contracts. At they end you don’t get copies of anything just a USB drive. When we got home I put in the drive and see they added $10k to the car. Called same day to say she didn’t even know these things were on there and Sigi never said anything but a “warranty” . One of the contracts for maintenance wasn’t included on the drive. Had to call over and over and when they sent it over they had put a different signature on the contract. I canceled all but one that isn’t able to be cancelled. Two of them ($7k) will be refunded by the company Ethos. And two ($2k) are supposed to come from the dealer. They all should go to the lender. When I called back Sigi threatened me and Doug from finances accused my mom and I of always interrupting. THESE GIYS RUN A SCAM ON EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. I plan on refinancing the loan once the warranties get refunded. Pretty crappy that my mom is paying interest waiting for a refund of something they never even pitched. They were so greedy it’s unreal. These people need to look over their shoulders walking down the street because all their frauds will catch up to them someday. They’ve ripped so many people off and eventually they’ll do it to the wrong person. More
