Quoted $89. 95 for oil change. When I got there it was $159.95, have no idea if they actually rotated my tires. Lug nut lock was in same exact location I left i 95 for oil change. Lug nut lock was in same exact location I left it for them and then to tip it off, my car had 16,300 miles and they told me I needed to have my brake fluid flushed. That was another $125.00. Reading up on this service it seems like as a rule of thumb you can do it every 30,000 miles or so but it doesn’t have to be done that often. I am disappointed. Decided to try the dealer service although it was more expensive but didn’t expect to get raked over the coals. Ended up being a $300.00 trip for what was really needed was an oil change. I brought the car used in September 2022 with a little over 11,000 miles on it and according to the service technician I spoke to before I brought the car in I should have just needed an oil change and tire rotation because the car had been fully inspected and services completed First and last time I will go to this dealer for service. More

I had seatbelt recall inspection and parts replaced, in addition to a 20,000 mile service which revealed a weak (original) battery. So relieved to have this replaced proactively. After I test drove a 2020 car, a sales manager called me the next day. They pushed a paint/upholstery package which I declined repeatedly. He offered a lower price $XX plus tax. I verified without the premium package and he said yes. I told him we were looking at other cars but I would be back in touch because I preferred to buy local. A different guy reached back to me. I told them if they came down $500 more we had a deal and he said yes come on in. When we showed up to pick up the car, the price was $500 more and they would not sell it to us without the $1000 paint/upholstery package. I told them that is not what I agreed to on the phone with the other sales manager, I apologized if i misunderstood, but I was going to walk away. The sales manager was verbally abusive, accused me of wasting their time, told me we were unfair, said the car price is $XXX more without the package, and if we wouldn’t pay the price he would escort us out the door, etc. I was going to walk away, but my husband countered and got the guy to come down $500 and split the cost of the upholstery/paint package. he made the whole process absolutely miserable and took the fun out of getting a new car.
