5000 mile serviceon my NEW 2020 pilot I was greeted as soon as I walked in door by Angie and Tyler. Very nice and respectful team of people working at Honda of Cartersville. I was in and out quicker then what I was told which is unusual for a dealership. The gentleman who sold me my 2020 Honda back in September (Miles) was there and came and spoke to me and made a point to assure me that anything I need or any problems I might be having to just let him know and he would take care of it. I was told I had a nail in my tire and that it would need to be replaced. I declined replacing it and was going to change it elsewhere then found out I was lied to and never had a nail in my tire. The technician jumped me off and sent me to dealership where they replaced my faulty battery ( which was under warranty). I wish I could remember his name because he was so nice and helpful! More
