5000 mile serviceon my NEW 2020 pilot I was greeted as soon as I walked in door by Angie and Tyler. Very nice and respectful team of people working at Honda of Cartersville. I was told I had a nail in my tire and that it would need to be replaced. I declined replacing it and was going to change it elsewhere then found out I was lied to and never had a nail in my tire.
