Super friendly our salesman was great he went over and beyond to explain every little detail with us. Everyone we talked to was very patient and spent time with us to explain everything. My experience wasn't terrible. The main frustration I had was that I was texting with one salesman then immediately passed off to someone else when I came in for a test drive. Now, The main frustration I had was that I was texting with one salesman then immediately passed off to someone else when I came in for a test drive. Now, I come from a family of car salesmen so I understand the training process but it's just a little off putting when I was passed off so soon and not even forewarned. I had my pre-approval from my bank so that took a lot of stress away. For the most part, everyone was nice, outside of the predatory salesman tactics. More

The service here is always great. Staff is friendly they always take my car back immediately and service is usually very fast. This time however it took over 4 hours to perform a soft Staff is friendly they always take my car back immediately and service is usually very fast. This time however it took over 4 hours to perform a software update due to a recall. Had I known it would take so long I would have held off on the recall until i could arrange transportation to avoid sitting in the dealership half the day. More
