We almost walked away with the gimmicky statement from sales/finance "Well, if you promise your going to buy today" Trying to force someone into purchasing isn't the way to go. Kaycie totally understood that and did a great job recovering the sale. She gave us time and was patient allowing us to make the best decision for us. She is a blessing to work with and a great asset to the dealership. Kaycie earned customers for life! More

Seems to take too long every visit. Went in for oilchange. Also had factory recall for repair on headlamp that I was notified of. Took over 2 hours. Was offered 60k mile package. Shottenkirk is the worst thing that has ever happened to the Honda Dealership in Rome, GA. Their service and providing customer satisfaction leaves much to be desired. They do not make an effort to provide the Honda Dealership in Rome, GA. Their service and providing customer satisfaction leaves much to be desired. They do not make an effort to provide necessary service on cars that are brought to them with a problem that requires immediate attention. Our 2023 Pilot had a rear view mirror that became disconnected and they ordered a part that they said would take one month to be sent and no other measures were taken to try and acquire this part from another dealership NOR did they malt any effort to provide a courtesy car for this time period so that the car would not have to be driven unsafely with no rear view mirror. I have never dealt with an auto dealership that made as little an effort to satisfy a problem with a vehicle that was purchased there and whose long time customer with Rome’s Honda dealership has purchased 2 other Pilots and a CRV and Two Civics. We have never had the service problems that we have experienced with Shottenkirk…..Plus, there is a defect in the second row Captain chair seat that has yet to be resolved over the past year. More

Super friendly our salesman was great he went over and beyond to explain every little detail with us. Everyone we talked to was very patient and spent time with us to explain everything. I test drove one in Chattanooga and the salesman there was not really interested in sales or didn’t seem to be. Loved my experience in Rome just wished it wasn’t so far.
