Shady Deal - Rose Price After Scheduling an Appointment I found a vehicle I liked on their website. It was listed at a good price and I contacted the dealership. Got quick responses and the salesman even sent pictures. I scheduled an appointment to see and possibly purchase the vehicle, asked for the financing application, was getting all of my paperwork together when I noticed that they had RAISED the price by $3,000.00. I contacted the salesman and he said he would speak to the GM. I also asked for the GM's information and contacted him. Got no response. Salesman said it was a mistake and they would not honor their original price. I find this to be very shady business dealings. Overall, disappointed with this experience. More

Great purchasing experience with Stephanie and Braiden We had been looking for our perfect Honda for over two months, were in another dealership looking at another that was not what we desired. Fortunately my wife was entering our information online and we received a reply from Stephanie Bristow first thing the next morning. She had exactly what we wanted coming in, we worked the entire deal with Stephanie and Braiden Cook over the phone and finalized the deal at the dealership the following morning. Couldn't have been easier to work with these professionals and I would consider myself a difficult car buying customer. In a normal car buying process I walk out of 6-10 dealers on price negotiations. What a better experience. The car is a dream. With all the safety features it can literally drive itself. We came to an agreement on price and trade-in value on a Thursday and Heritage Honda delivered the new car and the paperwork to my house the next day. She was nothing short of AMAZING!
