Terrific salesman, Zeke! However, someone named Gavin called me to discuss a potential purchase. I told him to call my husband about the money. He didn’t. I called Zeke and he said that he would check about Gavin calling. Gavin didn’t call. My husband drove a long distance to meet me at the dealership so he could drive the car and talk to Gavin. Zeke met us and said there was nothing they could do to make the purchase happen in our budget! Gavin did NOT even talk to my husband to find out what the true budget was!!! My husband went to the dealership to drive the vehicle and make the deal happen (even if it was going to be a little more than we wanted to spend), but Gavin had no idea because he didn’t even call OR take the time to talk to us when we arrived. I felt bad for Zeke as he was the one caught in the middle. Gavin caused the sale not to happen because we were ready to make the purchase!
