Andrew, Jason, and Austin went above and beyond during the transaction and delivery of the vehicle. I've spoken with 10+ dealerships trying to buy this car for 60+ days and have had a variety of experiences but Shottenkirk made up for them. Happy to purchase a vehicle from a team that holds up their end of the bargain. Update: Purchasers out of state (TN here), make sure you have paperwork for title organized with dealership. We hadn't received any sort of update on title or temp tags and had to follow up with the dealership multiple times to get assistance. We will most likely be without a tag to drive the vehicle a week from when it was delivered. It would have been longer hadn't we contacted the dealership multiple times. More

Don’t buy a used car from this place! ! They have horrible customer service. The service department claims they change the oil and did the service to insure the car was good. After I bough ! They have horrible customer service. The service department claims they change the oil and did the service to insure the car was good. After I bought my car on the way home the oil light came on and said the oil was low. Also the front tires ended up being bald but I didn’t notice since there was so much tire dressing on them. Also the windshield had multiple chips. Then I notice while the car was on the lift the rotors were in bad shape. This place is horrible!! More
