5 stars for the Service Department. I had an emergency with my Camry on Saturday morning. Took it to Shottenkirk and they found a way to get me in on an "emergency" basis. Turns out tha I had an emergency with my Camry on Saturday morning. Took it to Shottenkirk and they found a way to get me in on an "emergency" basis. Turns out that a caliper mounting bracket bolt was missing, which was causing the wheel to lock up. The 3 stars is because the parts department told me that I'd have to leave the car until Monday because they had to order the bolt. I called O'Reilly's in town and they had a bolt in stock and delivered it to the store. Shottenkirk's Parts guy says that he only deal in GM parts. I only wish he was as interested in getting me back out on the road as soon as possible, which he could have done if he had called O'Reilly's or AutoZone. So 0 stars for Parts Department ... not helpful at all. More
