Terrible Customer Service Miguel Castellon. I had an appointment at 9;15 and I went at 8:30 and left at 9:45 without any service done. when talked to Miguel I found him not professional and n I had an appointment at 9;15 and I went at 8:30 and left at 9:45 without any service done. when talked to Miguel I found him not professional and not easy to talk to or get information nor did he organize any appointments right to avoid car crowds or wasting customer time. he is missing customer service etiquette and is not professional enough to represent Fortbend KIA . I am very disappointed and I told him in front of the staff that I would keep reporting him everywhere until we have the right people back to continue using the same facility More

I purchased my car almost a year ago. The experience with them has been very good since the beginning. I have had my car serviced twice and both times were excellent. This dealership cares about its customers and puts in the extra effort to make sure you want to continue making it your place for all things you may need for your Kia. I drive 50 miles (by-passing several Kia dealerships) to have my car serviced because I know they will take great care to take care of my investment. Trust is not easy to establish in today’s market! They solidly have mine! More
