SAD SERVICE, LIES AND FAILURE TO COMPLETE ON TIME, I STATED THAT I WANTED MY CAR BY 3 PM, THEY DIDN'T EVEN START TO WORK ON IT UNTILL 3 PM, SAID THEY WERE BUSY, BUT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. 2 ND TIME WAS I STATED THAT I WANTED MY CAR BY 3 PM, THEY DIDN'T EVEN START TO WORK ON IT UNTILL 3 PM, SAID THEY WERE BUSY, BUT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. 2 ND TIME WAS SLOW BY 1 1/2 HRS. TODAY THEY CALLED TO SEE HOW HAPPY I WAS, WHEN THE WIFE SAID I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL, THEY HUNG UP QUICK, NO COURTESY, JUST SLAM. I HAVE NOT WORKED THE SALES DEPT. JUST THE SERVICE DEPT. I have had a terrible experience with them this time. My car has been in the service department for three weeks to date and I have not received any communication, we have been promised calls to update us on the status and we have had to call them back every single time, only to be told something different every time. We have not been provided with up to date information, the price has consistently changed from one phone call to the next, even though this is covered by warranty.
