Allot of back in fourth between service and scheduling. I wanted to make sure the parts were in stock, I ended up buying the part the day before so it would be here the day of the appointment. The service didn’t call me until 5:00 to tell me it was ready, I live 30-40 minutes away, so I had to pay for the service so they would leave the truck out. If had a loaner car I could have came early. If they had of started on the truck at the scheduled time, they would have been completed by noon. Then there is the price, it’s a 2 hour repair, and you charged $350.00 but no hours just straight $350.00. Then the truck has an extended warranty and the service guy said he would have to check on that, didn’t hear another word about it. This is my son’s truck and he’s out of town working and I’m taking care of the truck repair. He bought this truck maybe 5-6 months ago, and it’s a nice truck he likes it. The only thing I hate about Ford’s is getting them repaired. This is our first time using this dealership and the reason I chose this one is because the Toyota dealership is awesome, I was hoping it was a Granbury thing. Charlie the service guy sounded like he knew what he was doing, the night sales manager went out of his way to find the truck keys, so everybody seamed to be helpful so not a great experience but good enough to come back for future service. The broken parts were left in the floorboard but not a big deal the truck was filthy, probably couldn’t tell. More

Very nice waiting room, great people to work with. Fixed my car in several different ways, it runs like new, with that "eager" engine that it had when new, and which I'd been missing. The mechanic found that the rear shocks were bad and that makes it run down the road "tight" rather than the sloppiness that I really failed to much detect before, but now it's obvious. Will bet good to get back on the SCCA National Tour Rally Championship circuit with it, and expect to do much better holding the road and accelerating out of slow spots. More
