I have been a loyal customer for around 6 years with this Ford Service Dept in Granbury TX, which is now owned by Shottenkirk. Melissa did an exceptional job taking care of me and my last routine maintenance. I will definitely continue to recommend to family, friends and business colleagues. Had an issue arise right at closing, Melissa took my call and went above and beyond to try and resolve my issue, set my appointment for the next morning. Upon arrival she met me at the door and ensured I was and went above and beyond to try and resolve my issue, set my appointment for the next morning.
