I came to Shottenkirk Ford because James Glass works there as a Diesel Technician and is a very experienced technician who does great work. I was very happy with the fast response from the dealership ge there as a Diesel Technician and is a very experienced technician who does great work. I was very happy with the fast response from the dealership getting my truck in and fixed in a timely manner. Whereas other dealerships in the DFW metroplex have wait times and poor customer service. Horrible Communication, Horrible scheduling, only 2 of the 5 issues were addressed and repairs completed. Will look elsewhere for service in the future. I have been taking all of my vehicles (Fleet and personal) to this dealership for the last 10 years. Since the new ownership, service has really suffered. I have continued to be patient with the short comings in the service department, but this last experience was completely unacceptable. Not to mention all the the vehicle that was brought in this last time was a vehicle that I bought used from a Shottenkirk dealership, that has had nothing but issues, that I am continually paying for. I was sold a "Lemon" that I have been paying for since taking delivery, and now the service department is just failing at their job, as the service that is scheduled can not be completed. I only give a 1 star review, because there is not a lower option to give. I have continually brought in this specific vehicle for the pre-existing problems, and the service department has been unable to fix any of the problems. - The trucks 4wd has not, and does not work - it has been atempted to be fixed 3 times - Wind shield wipers will not turn off, this problem has been tried to be fixed 2 times - Something "shimming" in the front, this has been attempted 2 times - I was informed that the truck has an exhaust leak that that has been present since I purchased the truck parts were estimated at $1600 + labor I can see why this truck was traded in. Unfortunately it has become my problem. I have had very good experiences until now with Ford in general as well as the Ford dealership in Granbury. Very disappointed More
