Melissa-(advisor) Great. Service botched oil changes on F150 and GT350. F150 forget to put fill cap on and we drove 2000 miles unsure of oil smell. GT350 going to track day and missed 1st session while oil leak was found. Turns out the oil being drained from pan was allowed to seep into ground effects where it pooled. It dripped onto trailer bottom and track paddock from front spoiler. Sloppy oil changes twice in a row - not good. GT350 could have been disqualified or leaking on track could have caused crashes. Jacob was very helpful and kept me in the loop about my car and was very upfront about warranty coverage. 5 stars all the way around. The manager on the other hand gets one star. He offered no solutions or an apology. He possesses no managerial qualities and is very confused about what customer service is. More

One of the tire sensors was not working, The service department was able to find the part quickly and replace it when checking the other four they found that I second sensor was out. The service department was really nice but way too pricey and when they did my alignment, it now pulls to the left. I hate to leave not so great reviews but, it just was not impressive.
