My salesman James Gustafson was amazing helping me. The rest was an absolute disappointment. They wouldn’t let me finance through my bank and gave me a so called great rate 8.25%. Detail did a terrible job in cleaning the vehicle and I paid $1995.00 for paint enhancement. I spent half the day cleaning up wax overspray and it still has scratches that can be buffed out. I was ghosted when I tried to make a deal with Shottenkirk Toyota but sales and sales manager Heath Kidder. The only reason I still did business through your dealership is because of your salesman James Gustafson. More

Melissa-(advisor) Great. Service botched oil changes on F150 and GT350. F150 forget to put fill cap on and we drove 2000 miles unsure of oil smell. GT350 going to track day Service botched oil changes on F150 and GT350. F150 forget to put fill cap on and we drove 2000 miles unsure of oil smell. GT350 going to track day and missed 1st session while oil leak was found. Turns out the oil being drained from pan was allowed to seep into ground effects where it pooled. It dripped onto trailer bottom and track paddock from front spoiler. Sloppy oil changes twice in a row - not good. GT350 could have been disqualified or leaking on track could have caused crashes. More

Jacob was very helpful and kept me in the loop about my car and was very upfront about warranty coverage. 5 stars all the way around. The manager on the other hand gets one star. Instead of apologizing for my car not being ready, he placed blame on other employees and acted like I was a complete idiot for expecting my car to be ready when I was told. He offered no solutions or an apology. He possesses no managerial qualities and is very confused about what customer service is. More
