Sales representative told customer about the "the limited warranty twice" and never mentioned it was a cost (made it sound like this was an added benefit for buying car from this dealership). When the time arrived to sign purchase papers customer noted the cost of the warranty and asked for it to be removed. Sales manager said no because it was a part of the price of the vehicle and we had to pay for the warranty. Vehicle was listed at $46383, now adding $900 making the cost $47,238. Sales manager touted how much lower they were selling the vehicle under the blue book price prior to adding the warranty cost and even said they lowered the warranty price to meet the monthly payment (said total cost for warranty was $1900 which would have increased the cost of the vehicle $48283). This is a deceptive practice given the list was $46383 not as the sale manager said. Customer should be able to decline the warranty price Very unhappy. True buyer could have walked away and declined buying. Need to investigate if this is a deceptive practice. Not a happy customer. The finance person was helpful and friendly. More

This was overall a very pleasant buying experience. Further I went back a couple of days later to get some more how to instructions on my new and more complicated sky lab and I was greeted and handled with care and concern to make sure I understood all of the bells and whistles. Was told parts were in stock for warranty repair, found out they weren’t and have to wait.
