I have been a loyal customer for around 6 years with this Ford Service Dept in Granbury TX, which is now owned by Shottenkirk. Melissa did an exceptional job taking care of me and my last routine maintenance. I will definitely continue to recommend to family, friends and business colleagues. Note: I currently have my same 2016 Ford Edge Titanium in for a maintenance problem that Matt is taking care of, and expect the same great service this time to. More

Had an issue arise right at closing, Melissa took my call and went above and beyond to try and resolve my issue, set my appointment for the next morning. Upon arrival she met me at the door and ensured I was and went above and beyond to try and resolve my issue, set my appointment for the next morning. Vehicle was in their shop for three months, for a roof leak. Very little communication between the service department and myself.
