I was told that an appointment was made to fix the SUV and it was not. I had to reschedule the appointment. Keep in mind I live 2 hours away. It was a waste of gas. Lie #1-3 are already posted Oh and lie #4 is the manager asked me to take the post down for a gas card which he NEVER SENT. More

Went in for a recall notice. Was told they would need to inspect the car then order the parts needed to complete the recall. I got a call that the parts were in and set a second Was told they would need to inspect the car then order the parts needed to complete the recall. I got a call that the parts were in and set a second appointment to complete the task. I was there at the correct time for my appointment and left the car for what I was told should be 3 to 4 hours. My day was wasted sitting around waiting for a call. It never came. I called the next morning and was told it as not completed yet and would be 3 to 4 hours to finish. At last I was called at around noon to pick it up. The whole point of having an appointment is to assure you that you don't waste your time waiting to get in for service. As this was a recall for my car the part should have been ordered when I made the appointment not requiring a second visit and when I came in for a scheduled appointment the service should have been completed in a timely manner. I'm not a happy customer. More
