My wife & i purchased a vehicle this morning and our Finance Manager Ryan Little made it a horrible experience for us. We drove from Midland, TX to Granbury which is about a 4 hour drive. I understand that interest rates are high now a days but all we wanted was to negotiate the rate that was given to us. He said the rate you get is what it is. When i mentioned i would call my bank to see what rate they can offer me he said to not waste my time because the dealership doesn't accept outside financing. He belittled me by saying he has been in the business for 25+ years and he knows exactly what he is doing. Another thing he told us was "I'll tell you all this in front of the camera" I work in the car business myself and i honestly feel he came at me rude because of that reason. We should be treated as a customers no matter what line of work we are in. I will end up refinancing the vehicle but all of this would of been avoided if he would of at least tried to work with us being we are A+ credit customers. I will give a shout out to Blake for being professional, on the other hand we will not be returning to this dealership. More

I went up to shottenkirk a week ago on March 8th for a pressure test you did the test you told me it was going to I needed a new radiator which capless radiator and you were going to charge me $1,200 plus pressure test you did the test you told me it was going to I needed a new radiator which capless radiator and you were going to charge me $1,200 plus tax you know all it was was just a radiator cap that I needed not a brand new radiator but thanks for your I don't know irresponsibility a mechanic that doesn't know what he's doing I don't think I will ever go back to shottenkirk I will find a different Ford dealership that will help me More
